The food of pregnant woman should be high in nutrition, especially Iron, and low in fat. Intake of caffeine should be reduced to minimum during pregnancy.

Pregnant women should also follow a regular exercise routine, like walking, swimming, or cycling, as it helps in keeping the blood sugar level under control. If these do not help, then you should consult a doctor immediately and seek proper medication to bring the insulin level under control.
