Art Fertility Program Of Alabama At Montgomery Celebrates Fifth Anniversary Montgomery, AL (ContentDesk) August 3, 2005 -- Montgomery Mayor Bobby Bright will join hundreds of mothers, fathers and children on August 27th for the Fifth Anniversary Celebration of the Montgomery office of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Fertility Program of Alabama, the largest program in the State.
